Most members have already been notified of the open enrollment for Health Care Coverage is November 1 to December 1. Members do ot need to do anything unless:
They want to make a change for 2010.
-Have a change to covered dependents.
-Need to certify who is a full time student.
-Want to enroll in a Health care or dependent Care Spending Account.
-Need to update their spousal surcharge eligibility.
Member who are part of an HMO need to check if that HMO has been terminated. If so, and no changes are made, they will automatically be deferred to the new National EPO NYNE. All members can request a copy of their 2010 available options by calling the Verizon Benefit Center on 1-877-489-2367 or logging on to; www.verizon.con/benefits.
